A 15 minute basic flow to open your body and breath.
Perfect to start your day or calm your nervous system whenever you need to.
Recommended: 3-7 times per week

A 7 minute power up for breath and belly. Use this when you need to heat up your body, create strength or to light your digestive fire.

Recommended: Best to do before breakfast.
3-7 times per week

A 6 minute meditation with breath and mantra, for calming, centering and harmonizing yourself. 

Recommended: First thing in the morning or just before bed
